Ian Green with his wife Judith, their daughter Sophie and son Morgan are based in Bedworth, England. Ian Green is a visionary leader and founder of The Proton Foundation. He is also a sought after conference speaker who travels internationally on a regular basis. He provides expert assistance to board level for rapid growth in companies and churches. An accomplished corporate strategist Ian has also increased in various business sectors. He is actively fulfilling his vision to see positive cultures created in cities and communities around the globe.
Randy Sohnchen is a highly skilled professional with in-depth experience in financial analysis, marketing, development and management. He has a wealth of experience in the business sector continues to serve a variety of not for profit interests in North America and overseas. He is very happily married to Judy and has four children and six grandchildren. His strategic business sense, uncompromising work ethic, and natural sincerity have won the loyal support and motivation of customers, employees, partners, managers, community leaders, suppliers, and local officials.
Since leaving university, Brian Armstrong has worked in the public, private & charitable sectors gaining a broad experience in accounting and financial management. Since the mid-1990s, Brian has been running his own businesses and providing advice to small business owners on a wide range of topics, including business plans, strategic planning. Brian has a great love for Eastern Europe and has served on the boards of charitable companies both in the UK and Poland. He is also a trustee of Hope Into Action: Black Country, which seeks to provide sheltered housing for vulnerable adults.
Andy Hamil is originally from Nottingham, now living in the beautiful spa town of Buxton in Derbyshire’s High Peak. He has been married to Gill for 18-years and they have two children. Andy has around 20years of service in the voluntary youth work sector, working for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester. Recently, he has looked to develop new work and is a founder of EduceLife CIC and new charity 360 Youth Work, which will be delivering good quality, high impact & sustainable youth work in the most deprived communities of Greater Manchester & Derbyshire.
Hannah Williams has been involved in community work for several years, and worked alongside a number of different local and national charities as well as local government agencies. She established the Hinckley Foodbank in association with the Trussell Trust, set up youth outreach projects, a dads group and various other community groups. She has a lot of experience of working with vulnerable adults and family groups, and is passionate about seeing people reach their full potential! For a number of years she has been involved in Romania, working alongside orphans and building self-esteem with small groups of girls to encourage self worth and value. She is married to a wonderful man called Jay who continually supports her in all that she sets her mind to. She is blessed with three beautiful children. Hannah is enjoying her new role as Ian’s personal assistant and knows how to keep him happy with a latte extra hot plus and extra shot.
Gheorghe Galea has been involved in youth and charitable work for 18 years. He is married to Alina and has two beautiful kids, Naomi and Eric. After graduating from Bible school in ’94 Gheorghe has started and run two national youth organizations as well as a café. Presently he is involved in helping a gypsy community as well as being part of Proton Foundation as Project Manager.
Lisa Rankin is the administrator for Proton Foundation she has been involved in the charity sector for 15+ years, in the UK and Africa, she now lives in Leicestershire with her husband Andy and their springer spaniel.
